I believe this weeks show is #23 I have lost count after the one show never aired here. Anyways, it's been awhile since I did a recap and I am working on doing some of the past few shows I missed. I've got about 2 tapes full of WOW now. Anyways this is the show full of old matches. So here we go.

Caged Heat are the tag team champions. Ice Cold got her head shaved at Unleashed and Poison basically left her.

This week Nicky Law vs. Hammerin' Heather, Riot vs. Caliente, Roxy Powers vs. Jane Blond and Caged Heat vs. Farah/Paradise.

We start with Heather taking on Nicky Law. This is from the PPV, Bobby Heenan is doing commentary. Nicky goes right after Heather choking her with the nightstick. A nice gutwrench suplex by Nicky followed by an elbow. Another suplex but Heather hits a drop toe hold and then applies a hammerlock. Nicky comes back with a neckbreaker for the win. This match was basically all Nicky, I feel sorry for Heather she's such a nice person but she jobs all the time.

Lana Star, with new pink & blond hair is on the phone with Patti Pizzazz. She says Patti has been screwing up a lot lately. We see clips as Lana blames Patti for Ice Cold cutting some of Lana's hair and Patti gets locked in the trunk at the PPV. Patti even lost Lana's luggage. Then Patti cost Lana her match with Randi Rah Rah when she couldn't find the mirror. Lana is also upset that Patti tried to stop Lana from beating up Randi last week. Then Lana tells Patti she's fired. I wonder if Patti really is out of WOW, it seems to be the case.

Our next match pits Roxy Powers in her old getup against Blond, Jane Blond. This ring announcer sucks I don't know who he is. Roxy starts by working on Jane's leg. Jane comes back with a headlock and Roxy almost rolls her up for the pin but gets 2. Jane with a hammerlock but Roxy escapes and applies a chinlock. Jane then locks in a scissors lock. Roxy hits a drop toe hold but Jane comes back with an armbreaker. Jane's dropkick misses and Roxy rolls her up but Jane bridges up and gets 2 off a backslide. They both exchange small packages that get 2 and then Roxy gets a 3 count off a third small package. This was actually a pretty good match.

Next we go to another match, it's Riot against Caliente. Danger appears on WOW Vision and tells Riot that she will get payback and now Danger plays by no rules. There are no exits on the Highway to Hell. If you take the D out of Danger you have anger and that's what Danger feels. Caliente starts the match with an arm wringer but Riot counters by pulling the hair. Caliente hits a monkey flip and a drop toe hold to get the advantage as she goes to work on Riot's arm. Caliente hits a dropkick but Riot takes over with the famous WOW catapult. And a hiptoss by Riot as we head to commercial. When we return Caliente hits a cross body for a 2 count. Riot nails a body slam and goes to the top rope but Caliente tosses her across the ring and gets a 2 count. Caliente climbs to the second turnbuckle but Riot grabs her and powerslams her. Then Riot hits the powerbomb to win the match. Riot mocks Caliente after the match with a little dance. Then she swings her bat at the ref. This was another good match.

David McLane is calling Selina, Selina just wants time away from everything and gives no explanation for attacking Terri Gold a couple weeks ago. Then she hangs up on him.

Ice Cold is looking in the mirror, she's got a bit of hair now. She's preparing for the announcement of the swimsuit contest winner. Poison comes out of the shower and says she has to dry her hair. Ice goes all nuts and says Poison is the reason she is bald. That didn't look anything like Poison, she looks a lot different without the makeup.

Danger is sitting at home wearing a kneee brace. We go through the clips as Danger talks about picking Riot as her partner and then how Riot cost them the tag team titles. Riot is nothing, she's pathetic. Danger talks about putting Riot through a table and winning the WOW Title. Then she says Riot cost her the title when she was powerbombed through a table. Danger says Riot shouldn't attempt tables because that's what Danger does. Then Riot sneak attacked her and torn her ACL. Danger says Riot will feel the same pain that she feels. I think Danger needs to use words other than sneak attack and pathetic. I mean she must have said Pathetic 15 times.

David McLane is ready to present the cheque for the swimsuit competition. He announces Lana Star as the winner. All the other girls start arguing and then Ice Cold runs in rips up the cheque, takes down McLane and starts throwing punching at him. Well that was pretty cool.

Lana Star tells McLane she wants another cheque. McLane says he already wrote one. Lana starts choking him.

Farah & Paradise take on Caged Heat in our Main Event. Caged Heat do the "Hard Time" bit to start things. Then they attack from behind. Farah and Paradise are whipped into each other but Caged Heat miss double elbowdrops. F & P hit double elbows and Delta comes back will repeated snapmares on Farah. Delta hits a faceslam using the hair. Loca comes in a hits a clothesline on Paradise. There's a WOW catapult by Loca. The double team "Drive By" clothesline by Loca on Paradise wins the match for Caged Heat.

Next week Jungle Grrrl will be on the show.

We end with McLane calling up Jeannie Buss. While on hold he sings "NaNaNaNa hey hey hey Goodbye". They are doing lunch, Jeannie wants to know if it's French and McLane says that the fries are! You see he's cheap!

This was actually a pretty good show. I wasn't expecting much considering I heard it was all repeated matches. They did add new commentary to 3 out of the 4 matches and 2 of the 4 matches were good while the other 2 were squashes. I like how they recapped everything with the interviews too. And they seem to be advancing storylines even though there are no new matches. It's kind of surprising.
